(ex-UMedia) presents international arthouse films by promising young filmmakers and renowned directors whose films distinguish themselves through innovation and originality. Since its creation in 2004 by Frédéric Corvez, UDI has always been driven by the same goal: bring quality cinema to the largest audience possible on every continent.

President and Founder
Frédéric Corvez started his career at Equinoxe (Sony Pictures Intl and Canal +) where he was in charge of the international development. A member of the reading group at Studio Canal, he contributed to the creation of Kanpaï Distribution. Then, he joined successively MK2 and Celluloid Dreams where he directed and developed the TV department. He founded UMEDIA/UDI in 2004. In 2006, he created GOMEDIA, a post-production company specialized, editing, sound editing, mixing, dubbing and subtitling. In 2011, Frederic has launched URBAN FACTORY to produce and co-produce international feature films.
Head of International Sales & Acquisitions
After 5 years spent at Celluloid Dreams, where she experienced all aspects of the international sales’ business, Delphyne Besse joined Rezo in 2009 as a sales executive. While at Rezo, she went on developing strong connections with professionals throughout the world. She was a sales consultant for Luc Besson’s EuropaCorp during Cannes Film Festival 2011. She was then head of sales of Pacha Pictures, a sales outfit specializing in cinema from the Arab world, until June 2012. Delphyne joined UDI in September 2013.
Head of Festivals
After studying cinema and production, Morgane obtained a Master’s degree in International Cultural Management. She joined UDI in 2015 as Festivals and Servicing Assistant. She then became the Festivals Manager of Wide House in 2016. She came back to UDI in August 2018, as Head of Festivals.
After obtaining a master’s degree in international affairs, Louise started her career in marketing & communications. Three years later, she turned to the film industry, working as marketing & sponsorship coordinator in international film festivals in Spain and Australia. Back in France in 2014, she started working as international sales & festivals coordinator at Bac Films. She joined UDI in April 2016.
International Sales & Marketing
After Film School graduation in Production, Jennyfer joined Gaumont as a Technical Services Assistant. She then worked at the French Institute of Singapore, before coming back to Gaumont, for Festivals & VOD sales this time. She extended her experience in Festivals & Servicing at TF1 Studio, but finally decided to make a U-turn with UDI, where she is in charge of International Sales & Marketing since September 2018.
